You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less the outbound shipping charges. After 21 days items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns totaling over $300 (excluding shipping) or more than $500 returned in a calendar year by the same buyer or buyer's organization will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Products installed, modified or damaged are not eligible for return. Car bows are not eligible for return. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Your refund will be for the product itself and will not include the cost of shipping in the original order, unless the return was a result of our error.
We will process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. If you need to return an item contact us at email@example.com with your order number. and we will email you return instructions.
We know you want your items fast! This is why we process orders Monday-Friday and you can expect a one business day processing time for in-stock items. We will notify you if a product is back-ordered for more than 2 business days.
We can ship to any USPS validated address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do not ship to international destinations, Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
We will ship to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout. We are not able to check for typos or validate the address so please double check your entry. Additional shipping charges that result from an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility.
Our standard shipping and free shipping will arrive in 5-7 business days and you are unable to specify the shipping carrier.
