Shipping Policy
We know you want your items fast! This is why we process orders Monday-Friday and you can expect a one business day processing time for in-stock items. We will notify you if a product is back-ordered for more than 2 business days.
Our products are stored in multiple warehouses around the United States. Will will ship products as soon as they are ready to ship. This means that you may receive multiple boxes for one order. Our goal is to get you your items as fast as possible, even if that means shipping items in several boxes.
We can ship to any USPS validated physical address in the continental United States. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO box. We do not ship to international destinations, Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
We will ship to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout. We are not able to check for typos or validate the address so please double check your entry. Additional shipping charges that result from an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility.
Our standard shipping and free shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days and you are unable to specify the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimates only and depend on the carrier's performance. We typical ship by USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Return Policy
- You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the item. After 30 days items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted over 1 year.
- Your refund will be for the product itself and will not include the cost of shipping on the original order, unless the return was a result of our error.
- Returns totaling over $500 (excluding shipping) or more than $500 returned in a calendar year by the same buyer or buyer's organization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Products installed, modified or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Car bows are not eligible for return.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item.
